Setup Business Owner Verification

1. Gather the required information for each business owner:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email

   • Phone

   • Date of Birth (DOB) - Required

   • Social Security Number (SSN) - Either full 9 digits or last 4 digits

   • Address

   • Is Beneficial Owner status

   • Is Director status

   • Is Significant Control Person status

   • Ownership Percentage

2. Ensure at least one owner is marked as a beneficial owner (Is Beneficial Owner = true)

3. Submit the verification information for processing

Usage

When submitting business owner information for verification:

• Both Date of Birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) are required for compliance purposes

• For SSN, you can submit either:

  • Full 9-digit SSN (preferred)

  • Last 4 digits of SSN (Note: if verification fails with last 4 digits, full SSN may be required)

• At least one person must be designated as a beneficial owner
