When an account is placed ON_HOLD status, customers need to understand how this affects their transaction capabilities, particularly regarding fund transfers in both directions (pulls and pushes).
Answer
When an account is placed ON_HOLD, all transactions are suspended for that account. This includes:
Pushing funds to the account (deposits)
Pulling funds from the account (withdrawals)
Currently, there is no option to selectively enable certain transaction types while the account is ON_HOLD. The hold status is applied uniformly to all transaction types as a security measure.
