This information helps determine whether a potential merchant application will be approved before submission.

Answer

GrailPay does not process payments for businesses in the following categories:

• Cryptocurrency

• NFTs

• Gambling

• Countries under sanction

• Cannabis

• Adult Entertainment

• Payment for or sponsorship of any illegal activity

• Firearms and/or explosives

We also reserves the right to approve or reject merchants on an as needed basis upon manual review when onboarding is attempted.
